Job brief :

Working in Event Security you will be ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone who falls under your responsibility (including customers, staff and the public in your area).

The job requires you to work as part of a team and be responsible for providing first-class customer service, whilst ensuring the safety, security and health and safety of all attendees, contractors and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

General Patrolling And Securing The Areas. Conduct Bag And Body Searches Produce Reports And Communicate With Management. Prevent Unlawful Entry Into The Events And Ensure Safe Entry And Exit Of Visitors. Undertake The Necessary Legal Restraints And Control In A Professional Manner. Complete Daily Reports Of Any Accidents Or Incidents And Ensure The Necessary Action Is Taken. Interact With Members Of The Public And Act With Integrity And Honesty While Treating People With Respect In Challenging Situations. Responsible For Greeting Customers And Employees In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Skills/Experience :

Meeting And Greeting Customers And Dealing With Their Enquiries. Helping Event Attendees Through Entry Points Including Search And Way Marking. Patrolling Areas And Monitoring Crowds. Dealing With And Resolving Issues. Communicating Across Various Teams. Opportunities Available All Year Round. And So Much More.... Holder Of A SIA Licence In Door Supervision Or Close Protection. Smartly Presented, With A Smile And An Outgoing Personality That Will Give Customers Confidence In Your Ability. Team Spirit And Diligence To Support Your Colleagues In Their Duties. Attention To Detail And An Ability To Recognise Anything That Is Out Of Place. A Strong Command Of The English Language With Good Verbal And Written Communication Abilities. Honesty And A Can-Do Attitude To Challenges. Flexible Availability For Shifts Throughout The Summer & Winter Driving Licence And Your Own Transport To Get To Site Is An Advantage But Not Essential.
Pay: 13.00-19.54 per hour
