Our sister Business Season Catering is a well-established catering company based in Dunkeld highland Perthshire with a track record of success across Scotland for the past 15 years. With a sound base of repeat clientele and venues who recommend our services.

Aaron is passionate about high quality food, wine and has made it his mission to deliver the best experience for guests through creative and innovative menus. Offering a wide range of seasonal and ingredient driven food options cooked with flair and paired with beverage packages that showcase the best produce from local suppliers. Located on the commercial quay in vibrant Leith, popular for its lively eating and drinking spots. Season Quayside boasts character and charm and only a stone's throw away from central Edinburgh.
We have three dedicated and distinctively unique spaces boasting character and charm suitable for the most lavish and decadent event or a low-key gathering. No matter your event, guest list, or concept, we can accommodate you.
Our organisation is looking for temporary Bar and Waiting staff for the festive season up to 21st December, who are passionate about providing excellent guest service, has extensive experience behind the bar including cocktails, waiting on tables, and has prioritised communication and engagement. The position requires you to be a hard-working, self-motivated individual with a great attitude. We're looking for an individual who truly cares about making our venue a better place for our customers. This includes taking orders, delivering food to tables, taking payment and communicating with other staff members. As an events space catering to weddings and private events we are looking for you to make our guests events special and memorable. This would be suited to someone who wants occasional work, perhaps has a second job and would like to supplement their income. Previous experience in a similar role neccessary.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, courteous service to patrons at the dining table.
Be open and friendly with customers.
Answer questions regarding the menu and specials.
Recommend suggestions/specials.
Alert management to customer problems and delays in service.
Events set up and breakdowns
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
