We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to join our team for a variety of upcoming events. Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival, providing assistance and information as needed
Manage guest flow and ensure safety protocols are adhered to throughout the event
Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment
Support event organisers with coordination tasks to ensure seamless operations
Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding guest services
Monitor event areas for cleanliness and organisation, reporting any issues to management
Support management in overseeing event activities, including crowd control and logistical support
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
Organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
Must be aged 18 or over and able to work in a fast-paced environment
