Phat Events is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated temporary event staff to join our team for all home matches of Coleraine FC throughout the season. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the vibrant matchday atmosphere and support the delivery of exceptional service to fans and guests.

Positions Available:

- Cooking Staff: Responsible for preparing and cooking food items to a high standard, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.

- Counter Staff: Engage with fans at food and merchandise counters, taking orders efficiently and providing excellent customer service.

- Waiters/Waitresses: Serve food and beverages to guests in designated areas, ensuring a pleasant dining experience during matches.

- Baristas: Create high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while providing friendly service to patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations on matchdays.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, particularly during matchdays.
- A passion for sports and a positive attitude.
