Position Overview:



We are seeking dynamic, career-driven Event Staff to join our growing team. As an Event Staff member, you'll play a key role in the smooth execution of exciting events, ranging from corporate gatherings to large-scale public festivals. Key Responsibilities:



Assist with event set-up, coordination, and tear-down ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Provide top-notch customer service to attendees, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. Manage event logistics, including coordinating schedules, vendors, and event materials. Supervise and support a team of event staff, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Handle crowd control, address attendee concerns, and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner. Contribute to the overall success of events by working collaboratively with various teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. A proactive, problem-solving attitude - always thinking two steps ahead. A passion for events and a desire to build a career in the event planning and management industry. Prior experience in event coordination, customer service, or team management is a plus, but not mandatory. A team player who is ready to take initiative, lead by example, and contribute to a positive working environment. Flexibility to travel for events across various locations and a willingness to work weekends or evenings when necessary.
