We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Service Coordinator operate our event services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing a variety of services, including photo booths, food services, and other event-related offerings, from setup to breakdown.
Duties
Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of event services, including photo booths, food stations, and other service areas.
Ensure all services run smoothly and efficiently throughout the event.
Maintain high standards of presentation and service quality.
Ensure all equipment, including photo booths and food stations, is properly set up, functional, and clean.
Requirements
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN HOSPITALITY OR FOOD SERVICES IS ESSENTIAL.
Experience within a dessert parlour
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
