What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming and assisting guests with professionalism and a smile Supporting event operations including set-up, registration, and customer assistance Providing information, directions, and a first-class experience to attendees Ensuring smooth running of events alongside the wider team Representing the business with confidence and positivity
What We're Looking For:

Great communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, flexible, and professional approach Ability to stay organised and calm in fast-paced environments Reliability and strong teamwork skills Previous event or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
