Job Description
Boturich Castle is a beautiful, exclusive use venue for weddings, family celebrations, conferences and meetings on the banks of Loch Lomond.
We launched our new events space in August 2022 and are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team for the upcoming wedding season.
The role will involve all aspects of food and beverage service. Full training will be provided and successful applicants will have opportunity to complete licensing training, cocktail courses and wine qualifications.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business, including some weekends
An excellent standard of presentation is essential
