The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is an award-winning iconic, luxury AA 5 Star property in the heart of the City of Bath. We are an independently managed, highly successful business with a variery of stunning meeting and function spaces that we use for weddings, corporate retreats, private dinners and celebrations.
We are currently looking for an Events Coordinator to work alongside our Senior Events Executive and Sales & Events Manager, as part of a small and very friendly commercial team!
The role is very exciting and varied, with no two days the same. You will be assiting with the planning and preparation of corporate offsites, family celebrations and exclusive use weddings, as well as our hotel events, such as - our regular Friday night DJ events on our garden terrace, summer garden parties, prestigious wine dinners... and not forgetting our Christmas and New Year's Eve parties!
Reporting to the Senior Events Executive, you will handle meeting, event and wedding enquiries, liaising with clients on all details and producing information to share with the rest of the hotel to ensure the smooth running & success of all events.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to develop relationships with all of our clients. Applicants will have to be organised, have good time management skills and great attention to detail. Experience of Opera S&C is prefered but not essential.
