About the Role



Midwich Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse range of events across the AV and IT industry. You will play a key role in ensuring a premium experience for staff, vendors, resellers, and end users -- from concept through to post-event reporting. Working with an exciting portfolio of global brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact industry events that align with Midwich's business goals.



What you will be doing in this role



Assist in planning and executing events for Midwich Ltd, its sister companies, and wider industry audiences. Ensure all event touchpoints deliver a 'cut above the rest' experience for all attendees. Support the creation and implementation of event-specific marketing plans in coordination with the broader Marketing team. Liaise with vendors to understand and manage their expectations, ensuring all contractual and promotional commitments are fulfilled. Manage internal planning documentation, budgets, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth event delivery. Partner with internal and external sales teams to produce event collateral, communications, and timely updates that drive attendance and engagement. Generate comprehensive post-event reports including ROI analysis, attendee feedback, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement. Distribute leads and key outcomes from events to relevant internal stakeholders and external parties where appropriate.
