:
As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of events, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up. You will also be involved in sales activities, including generating leads, conducting sales calls, and negotiating contracts.
As an F&B Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics
Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event planning process
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients
Assist with food preparation and presentation
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders and serve guests promptly and accurately
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in event planning, sales, and/or hospitality preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.71-13.00 per hour
