Shifts: Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1700 (flexibility is required to cover out of hours and weekend events)

About the Role:
HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Events Coordinator
to join our dynamic Events Team. This role plays a key part in delivering a strategic events programme that drives patient referrals and supports revenue growth across all HCA UK hospitals. You'll work closely with Events Managers and stakeholders across the business to ensure our events align with the strategic priorities of each facility and the objectives of hospital CEOs.

What you'll do:
Assist Events Managers with marketing for GP and AHP engagement programmes
Virtual Event Coordination - Secure and support speakers, ensuring they are well-prepared and manage IT and troubleshooting during events (Teams/Webex)
Live Event Support - Assist with speaker, venue, and catering coordination, manage delegate communications and logistics and create and analyse post-event surveys
Submit events for CPD accreditation and manage certification distribution
Coordinate with Legal and Finance to onboard new suppliers
Work with the in-house studio to produce promotional materials
Support venue sourcing, travel arrangements, and stock control
Manage the Events inbox, responding to queries within 24 hours.
Handle CPD certificate requests
Manage the LFC Webinar Series, coordinating all aspects of delivery via Microsoft Teams
Work closely with the marketing team and consultants to align with the LFC calendar, ensuring timely distribution of calendar invites and email automation in collaboration with the CRM team
Chair each webinar to ensure smooth facilitation, professional delivery, and effective audience engagement
What you'll bring:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience in event coordination or administration
Confidence using digital platforms (Teams, Webex, Eventbrite, DotDigital)
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
