We are looking to hire an experienced Events Coordinator to join our existing team. In this role you will be providing exceptional service to clients on all elements of event management, including venue find, designing and delivering creative proposals. The right candidate would coordinate logistics and deliver seamless end to end event management, both in the UK and abroad.

You will be based from our Manchester office however hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) will be available after you have successfully completed your probationary and training period.

What you'll do



Support on a portfolio of events managing the day-to-day logistics of numerous events from proposal to delivery and reconciliation. Discuss and propose creative event concepts with clients and the team. Assist in designing and building client proposals. Attend and manage events onsite when required. Delegate Management and registration. Work with suppliers to provide the very best service at competitive prices. Event debrief meetings and reporting. Budget management and reconciliation. Multitask across a number of projects showing attention to detail.

What we're looking for



2-3 years proven experience in events management. Exceptional client service skills, strong communication, presentation and organisational skills. Strong problem solving and decision making abilities. An exceptional eye for detail and creativity. Business and commercial awareness. Flexible, adaptable style and approach.
