Job Description

The position of Events Officer is an exciting role and an integral part of the Admissions team. As a dynamic and fast-paced team, the Events and Visitor Experience team within Admissions is tasked with planning and operational delivery of a suite of events, both in-person and online, including flagship events for prospective students and stakeholders.



This externally focused role is for someone highly organised and with strong administrative skills. This Events Coordinator will play a key part in coordinating the delivering highly engaging, student and stakeholder centric events to bring the St Andrews experience to life, showcasing the unique study experience and community. Systems use and the ability to maximise efficiencies and processes is key to this role alongside excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.



This role requires engaging proactively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and the ability to build relationships and respond to challenges and opportunities quickly and efficiently, while working within a fast-paced environment.
