We're now hiring an

Events Coordinator

to lead the delivery of creative, high-quality experiences across our hosted events, exhibitions, webinars and internal team functions.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensure every event runs smoothly from concept to execution.


Key aspects of the role




Own and maintain the master events calendar across the group Lead planning and delivery of all hosted events, including venue sourcing, entertainment, logistics, catering and AV Coordinate communication plans in collaboration with the Marketing team Oversee all exhibition and trade show logistics, including stand design, merchandise, collateral, accommodation and passes Manage online events and webinars from content planning to follow-up communication Deliver internal team events alongside the Marketing Coordinator and HR Identify and track external event opportunities in line with business goals Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strong industry event presence Provide support on wider marketing initiatives as required

Key requirements




Highly organised with strong time and project management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Creative thinker who enjoys delivering high-impact experiences Comfortable owning projects from start to finish

Desirable skills & experience




1-2 years in an event coordination or marketing support role Experience with both live and virtual events Knowledge of platforms like Zoom, Teams, Eventbrite Familiarity with exhibition planning and supplier liaison Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic design or marketing tools a bonus
