About the role



Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a dynamic and detail oriented Events Executive to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire where countryside charm meets world-class hospitality.

As an Events Executive, you'll be the key liaison between our guests and hotel departments, ensuring every event from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations is executed flawlessly. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to manage event planning, logistics, and execution, all while maintaining our high standards of luxury and service.

What you will do



Proactively and reactively sell social catering events. Act as the main point of contact for event clients, overseeing all details including accommodation, catering, AV, and off-site recommendations Coordinate with Sales and Catering to ensure optimal use of event space Conduct property tours for prospective clients and planners Create tailored, innovative menu proposals and event concepts Maintain up-to-date records and follow-up systems for client accounts Ensure hotel policies and contractual agreements are upheld Support guest and team safety by following all fire, health, and safety regulations

What you bring



A polished, professional approach and strong interpersonal skills Passion for hospitality, events, and customer service Exceptional communication and organisational skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Knowledge of hotel operations and event coordination is highly desirable
