Job Description

We're looking for a talented and driven Events Executive to join our wider Marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Events Manager to plan, deliver, and evaluate a dynamic programme of internal and external events that align with our marketing strategy and business goals.
You'll be responsible for researching, developing, and executing impactful events, while managing budgets and ensuring every detail is accounted for. Your strong communication skills will help you build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates resilience, and brings strong project management skills to the table. You'll be confident working independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience using CRM tools and producing insightful post-event reports will be key to driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing & What We Need From You

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering successful internal and external events.
  • Managing event budgets effectively and ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Conducting event research and development aligned with business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Leading post-event debriefs and producing detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Client Development teams.
  • Using CRM tools to manage event communications and data.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail across all aspects of event planning and delivery.
