OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging telephone manner. A strong ability to build rapport and confidently explain all product options within The Celtic Collection, specialising in Parkgate Hotel A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and IT literacy (experience with Opera is a plus!). A talent for multitasking, balancing professionalism with a sense of fun. Proven experience in a similar sales or hospitality role.
