Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to work with us as a supervisor at Borthwick Castle. You would be managing a small FOH team and reporting driectly to the FOH manager though would often be given the freedom to work independantly in our historic venue.
Responsibilities
Supervise out casual staff and ensure standards of quality across all areas of FOH Organise prep such as ensuring bars are stocked and tables are in place Work with the FOH manager to plan for events during the week Run aspects of catering service such as sending food from FOH or serving breakfast.
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality Bar training and experience is a big plus Experience in a supervisor role or high end hospitality enviroment experience with weddings and events

Pay: 20,000 PA based on a 30 hour per week contract
