We're looking for an experienced, confident Events Manager to support our Head of events and lead our events teams over the summer.

Please note a valid Personal License is essential for this position.

About US:

INNIS & GUNN - EVENTS TEAM

Over the summer months we run a varied and exciting events programme where we work with some of the biggest and best events Scotland has to offer. We pride ourselves in showcasing Scottish beer, food and hospitality at it's finest. For the summer ahead we kick off with our bar operations at the Kelpies Live, followed by our biggest year at the Royal Highland Show with 3 huge sites to run. Into July we operate the bars at the Edinburgh Castle Concerts on the build up to August when the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo begins and other exciting events to be announced.

About you;

A proven team leader with the ability to motivate a team to drive performance.



A positive, can do attitude.



A minimum of 3 yrs experience leading a team in a hospitality or events setting.



A valid Scottish Personal License.



Full UK driving license is preferred.

The Role:

Supporting on recruitment and workforce management including scheduling team members and availability of a team up to 50



Leading the smooth operations of bars and food service areas



Team onboarding and training



Delivering great service and a first class customer experience.



Working hands-on, leading teams on service at events



Supporting on set-up, build, deliveries and break down



Stock management, including stock takes and ordering.





Full availability across our key events in July & August.



Full time position with working evenings and weekends included.
