Commitment: Part-time / Flexible hours (10-15 hours per week)

Type: Internship (Uncompensated for 90 days - reviewed for paid role thereafter)

The Opportunity

As an Events Manager Intern, you will assist in the organisation, coordination, and execution of our events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while developing project management, communication, and creative skills.

What you'll be doing

Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics Support communication with venues, suppliers, and partners Help manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists Contribute to creative ideas for event themes, layouts, and activities Assist with social media content and promotional campaigns Attend events to help with on-site setup, operation, and breakdown Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback Perform general administrative tasks as required

About you

Strong interest in events, hospitality, marketing, or project management Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Confident using social media platforms Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn No previous experience required -- training provided

Important

This is an uncompensated internship for the first 90 days, designed to offer experience, mentoring, and brand-building opportunities. After this period, performance and output will be reviewed for a paid role.
