Title: Events Manager

Salary : Competitive, Negothiable

Location: London

Sector : Upscale residential/commercial real estate investments

Language: English & Chinese

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional and networking events, including property showcases, investor receptions, cultural exchange events, and corporate collaborations.o Engage with high-profile clients, partners, and organizations to build participation and brand presence in the UK-Chinese business and real estate community.o Liaise with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure event messaging and presentation are aligned with company objectives and brand standards.o Curate event content, guest lists, presentation materials, and translation when necessary; ensure a seamless bilingual experience for Chinese-speaking guests.o Manage event budgets, logistics, third-party vendors, and post-event reporting.o Identify and build partnerships with industry stakeholders, Chinese chambers of commerce, property investors, and overseas institutions.o Coordinate delegations and visits involving Chinese entrepreneurs or property investors visiting the UK.o Monitor market trends and propose event strategies aligned with the UK-China investment and property landscape.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in event planning, international business development, or executive-level corporate relations.o Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.o Deep understanding of Chinese business culture and UK market environment. o Demonstrated success in organizing investment or corporate events, roadshows, or cross-border matchmaking sessions.o Strong organizational, coordination, and client-facing skills.o Familiarity with property, real estate, or luxury service sectors is an advantage.o Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across departments and cultural contexts.
