: 35,000 to 40,000 DOE plus bonus

JOB SUMMARY



The Events Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact B2B events and webinars that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. This is a full-cycle role, covering everything from concept development and logistics to post-event ROI analysis. You will ensure every event aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results.



PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACTIVITIES



Event Strategy & Planning:



Develop and execute a comprehensive annual events plan, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.


Collaborate with the different businesses to define event goals, target audiences, and key messages.


Identify and evaluate sponsorship and partnership opportunities for relevant industry events.



Webinar Management:



Plan, produce, and manage end-to-end webinars (live and on-demand) including speaker coordination, platform setup, audience engagement, and post-event analytics.


Oversee technical production, ensuring seamless delivery and a high-quality attendee experience.



B2B Event Execution:



Coordinate logistics for in-person B2B events including venue selection, vendor management, catering, AV, registration, accommodation, and branding designs when applicable. Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Lead Management & ROI Reporting:



Drive post-event lead management, tracking all opportunities and key insights, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders to inform business strategy. Prepare detailed post-event reports with insights, recommendations, and data-driven improvements for future events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with team to help create content, and designs to create compelling event assets (invitations, landing pages, presentations, signage, etc.). Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event partners.
Inhouse bi-annual events:



Lead the planning and execution of internal bi-annual events ("Company Days"), including venue sourcing, theme development, and agenda creation. Control and optimize event budgets, maintaining financial accuracy and maximizing value within allocated resources. Ensure the event reflects and reinforces the company's values and behaviours throughout the day.
