The role of Events Manager is to execute private, corporate and Wedding events, meeting Weston Hall's standards throughout the process. The role is very dynamic, incorporating a wide variety of tasks. Working to deadlines, planning and project management will be a common feature of work to ensure events run effectively. On the day of an event itself, problem-solving, creativity and a strong work ethic all play their part in making an event successful. The role encompasses weekend and evening work dependant on the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities
Working alongside our Head of Events to co-ordinate staffing requirements for weddings and events.
Working across the events department and The Cellar Restaurant
To lead the team through the set up process in the days running up to an event.
To ensure events run as smoothly as possible on the day.
To lead the team through the shut down process after an event.
Providing leadership and guidance for the rest of the team.
Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the event planning and delivery process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
