Busy Neighbourhood Pub and Events Business

We are a small independent East London pub group, with established food and event led neighbourhood pubs in Wanstead and Leytonstone. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Events & Marketing Manager.

We focus on delivering a welcoming hospitality brand and a strong programme of events. Celebration creates a wonderful pub environment, for which we now have a great reputation for.

From feasting menus, to wedding receptions and garden hire for birthdays and BBQ's, to Sunday night live music, Friday night DJ sets, craft evenings - we have numerous events every week to host. We have developed a programme of marque events throughout the year, such as our Summer Street party hosting up to 3500 throughout the day. We are developing an outside catering and events business, with 2 Food Trucks we take out to events such as F1, Tequila Festivals (as part of an activation for a Tequila brand we partner with) and Music Festivals.

With this in mind, we are looking for an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to be part of the management team and who can really hit the ground running.

This is an exciting and varied role for someone who is creative, passionate about hospitality, thrives on leading and working as part of a team, and has a real interest in events, pushing forward the events programme, and realising ideas.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

Proven track record planning and operations of large scale events Solid understanding and implementing marketing strategies Creative flair Strong communication and management skills Exceptional organisational skills Experience in leading and training a small team Impeccable hospitality and service standards Understanding and developing a brand within F&B Hospitality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
