The Role

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll support the Events Manager in planning and running functions, while also taking ownership of marketing activity day to day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising all event operations from set-up through to breakdown. Leading and supporting event staff, ensuring high standards of service. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers. Managing event logistics, safety protocols, and compliance paperwork. Creating and executing in house events Running staff briefings and preparing post-event reports. Creating engaging content for our social media channels (photo, video, reels, live updates). Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and events venue. Oversee social media campaigns and manage online presence to engage with customers.

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in events or hospitality, ideally with supervisory responsibility. A confident communicator with strong leadership skills. Calm, organised, and proactive, be able to think on your feet during busy event days. A creative eye and experience producing social media content. Comfortable using Microsoft/Google Suite and familiar with design software (or quick to learn). Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Exposure to marketing or digital campaigns.

Desirable extras:

Experience in weddings or large-scale events. Previous Marketing & social media experience
