About the Role



We are looking for a

highly organized and proactive Events Administrator

to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and has a genuine passion for event planning and administration. From stag & hen parties to milestone birthdays and corporate events, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative & Customer Support Manage the company's inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate the company calendar and efficiently schedule appointments. Act as the main point of contact for clients, agencies, and suppliers. Oversee customer inquiries, invoicing, and payments to keep operations running smoothly. Create and send engaging client communications via our internal CRM system.

Event Coordination & Bookings



Manage event bookings, including venues, accommodation, and supplier coordination. Support the planning of corporate events, stag & hen parties, birthdays, and other special occasions. Research and liaise with new suppliers and event concepts to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Assist with on-the-day event logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Financial & Operational Support



Update and track business transactions using

Xero

and

Google Sheets

. Process payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks via

Xero

and

Stripe

. Maintain accurate records of financial and operational data.

General Support & Business Development



Identify new event opportunities and trends to improve our services. Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed. Uphold our company ethos, ensuring every client receives a high-quality experience.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in

administration

or

personal assistance

is essential. Proficiency with

Outlook, Google Drive, Xero, and CRM systems

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence. A bubbly, outgoing personality with a sense of humour (we love what we do and want you to enjoy it too!). Experience in event planning, project coordination, or client support is a bonus--but not required, as full training will be provided.
