Fotor UK is building a London-based team to expand our presence across the UK through creative events, community engagement, and meaningful collaborations.

Role Overview



We are seeking an

Events & Partnerships Manager

to lead the planning and execution of

creative workshops, pop-ups, and community collaborations

across the UK.
This role combines

strategic event management, brand activation, and relationship building

, playing a central part in establishing

Fotor's brand presence and credibility

in the UK market.

You'll help users experience AI creativity in real life -- from universities and creative hubs to design festivals and local community spaces.

Key Responsibilities



Event Planning & Execution



Design and deliver engaging events that introduce Fotor's AI creative tools to students, creators, and small businesses. Manage end-to-end event operations: venue coordination, logistics, staffing, on-site setup, and post-event evaluation. Ensure every event delivers a professional, consistent, and positive brand experience.

Partnership Development



Identify and nurture collaboration opportunities with educational institutions, creative communities, and industry partners. Develop joint initiatives and event programs that align with Fotor's mission and local audience needs. Support external relations projects -- including workshops, local sponsorships, and co-branded activities.

Brand Representation & Communication



Represent Fotor as a public-facing ambassador at events, exhibitions, and partner meetings. Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to promote events, secure local media exposure, and capture content for online amplification. Collaborate with the global HQ to align messaging and share market insights.

Community Engagement



Foster relationships with local creator communities, photography clubs, and design enthusiasts. Contribute to the development of a Fotor UK Creator Network through recurring events and community touchpoints.

About You



3-6 years of experience in

event management, partnerships, or brand marketing

. Proven track record in delivering successful events or campaigns independently. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident engaging with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a creative and hands-on mindset. Passionate about

AI, creativity, and innovation

. Able to travel occasionally within the UK for regional events (driving licence preferred).

What We Offer



Competitive salary: 45,000 - 60,000 per annum + annual performance bonus. 20 days annual leave + 8 UK bank holidays. Hybrid working policy and flexible hours.
