Summary
We are seeking an Event Manager to join our team at TCE Group. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events that align with our clients' needs and expectations. Your skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation for delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
Respond to client requests
Create event proposals using our templates
Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate events from inception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
Manage budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Oversee logistics including venue selection, catering, and entertainment arrangements.
Implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
Evaluate event success through feedback and metrics to improve future offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in event management or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
Familiarity with London hotels and venues an advantage
