What You'll Be Doing:
General office administration--the usual stuff like emails, filing, and keeping things organised.
Communicating with customers over the phone with warmth and professionalism.
Liaising with other departments, including the kitchen and front of house, to help coordinate events and operational logistics.
Using our booking systems (don't worry--we'll show you the ropes).
Selling--whether it's upselling rooms, charming customers into making a private party booking, or persuading them to add that little extra touch to their stay, your ability to convince and charm will be key.
Contributing to the smooth running of our office, working closely with a team that knows how to have a laugh while getting things done.
What We're Looking For:
Someone with solid organisational skills who can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat.
A people person who thrives on teamwork and gets on well with colleagues.
A confident communicator, especially on the phone, with a knack for putting customers at ease.
Proficiency with IT systems and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
A sense of humour! We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
A natural salesperson who can upsell with ease and charm, helping to maximise bookings and create memorable experiences for our guests.
