expert webinars, boutique networking sessions, and pop-up experiences

across the UK.

We're scaling fast- and now we need a

driven, entrepreneurial Events Sales & Operations Manager

to take ownership of our growing calendar of events and help us set a new standard for what business events can be.

The role


This is a

hands-on, high-impact role

where you'll own the

sales, planning, and seamless delivery

of events that excite, engage, and sell out.

You'll:



Sell

stands, sponsorships, and partnerships

across our events calendar. Drive

ticket sales and sign-ups

through smart outreach and relationship-building. Connect with and book

headline speakers and industry experts

. Coordinate

all event logistics

- venues, AV, suppliers, staffing, and run sheets

while managing budgets to keep events profitable and efficient

. Lead

on-the-ground delivery

, ensuring every event runs like clockwork. Track key

performance metrics

to make each event bigger and better.

What we're looking for



3+ years' experience

in events: expos, conferences, or networking- with a track record of both

sales and operations

. Confident in

selling and closing deals

with businesses of all sizes. Highly

organised, process-driven, and fast-moving

. Energised by the

pace and buzz of a scaling start-up

. A natural

relationship builder

with sharp communication skills. Someone who knows how to

create unforgettable events

, and make sure they deliver commercially, too.
