Role Overview



We are recruiting experienced Events Supervisors to support our operations across a range of events. You'll report to the Operations Manager, lead a team to meet client standards, boost team morale, and deliver seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise on-site Security, Stewarding, Traffic Management teams, HVM Installers & Dog Handlers at events across stadiums, live music venues and local authority events.

Ensure operations consistently meet client standards, health and safety requirements, and SAFECROWDS GROUP quality benchmarks.

Manage logistics for event setup, break-down, and handovers, including briefing and debriefing sessions with the team.

Monitor team performance, risk assessment execution, incident response, and escalation procedures.

Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism; boost team morale and motivation.

Liaise with clients, venue staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Conduct post-event debriefs, compile reports, and implement continuous improvement actions.

Ensure compliance with SIA licensing requirements (where applicable) and company policies.

Requirements



Security and Traffic Management experience required; previous supervisory experience in crowd management, traffic management, security, or events is essential.

Valid SIA license (Security Industry Authority).

While we provide company training, candidates must have relevant qualifications and licenses to start.

Strong leadership and people-management skills; ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and late-night events.

Proven ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume crowds safely.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Experience with stadiums, live music venues, or local authorities is desirable.
