We're seeking an experienced
Event Supervisor
to join our team and support the smooth delivery of a busy event schedule. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise event staff, including setup crew, back-of-house teams, bar staff, and table sections.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure all logistics run to plan.
Report directly to the Operations Manager, flagging any operational issues.
Respond quickly and effectively to any issues or emergencies.
Conduct pre- and post-event inspections to ensure venue standards are maintained.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, including cellar-to-event stock movement and records.
About You:
Previous experience in event supervision or a hospitality leadership role.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Confident leading and motivating diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and reliable, with availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and some late nights (up to 1am).
Knowledge of bar service and BOH operations is an advantage.
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light lifting.
The positions available are full time & permanent and are available immediately. Right to work in UK is required, evening and weekend work is an essential part of the job.
