Location: Bushey / Watford
Hours: Part-time (Monday, Thursday & Friday, 9am-6pm, 1-hour break)

About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied position supporting a busy marquee hire and sales business. You'll be involved in everything from preparing equipment and loading vans to setting up marquees on-site and communicating with clients. The role suits someone practical, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility for both warehouse organisation and customer-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Marquee Setup & On?Site Work
- Assist with erecting and dismantling marquees at client locations
- Load and unload vans safely and efficiently
- Ensure all equipment is handled correctly and maintained to a high standard

Cleaning & Equipment Maintenance
- Clean, dry, and pack marquee covers, linings, flooring, and accessories
- Inspect equipment for damage and report issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse environment

Warehouse & Dispatch
- Prepare orders for delivery or collection
- Pick, pack, and check equipment lists
- Keep stock areas clean, safe, and well organised

Customer Communication
- Handle enquiries by phone and email
- Confirm bookings, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally on-site and in the warehouse

Driving
- Drive the company van to deliver and collect equipment
- Follow safe driving practices and maintain vehicle cleanliness

Requirements
- Minimum age 21 (for van insurance purposes)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willing to work extra days during weekdays or weekends occasionally or longer days during peak season
