Eviction Services Assistant
to support our landlord clients through the legal eviction process.If you're detail-oriented, legally astute, and confident speaking with clients -- this is a critical, fast-paced role that puts you at the heart of protecting landlord interests while maintaining professional standards.
What You'll Do:
Draft and prepare Section 8, Section 21, and possession claim documentation
Track eviction timelines and case progress with precision
Provide clear, timely updates to landlords via phone and email
Liaise with court services or legal counsel where required
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvement
About You:
Strong written English and legal/administrative attention to detail
Clear, confident communicator - especially under pressure
Experience in property, legal admin, housing, or similar preferred
Calm, resilient, and proactive when dealing with client concerns
Works with integrity and maintains confidentiality
