Overview



To increase market presence; expand current client opportunities; and drive revenue streams, within the wider 'Employee Value Proposition' proposition environment. Making Talent Business Line and GBS the recognised provider of best-in-class EVP solutions and offerings.



How you'll make an impact

Sales Generation

Contribute to the development of the Talent business line in scale, revenue and profitability to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets. Actively seek out, prospect and convert new business development opportunities. Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets, through new business generation. Anticipate and respond to the on-going and future needs and objectives of clients, with a prompt and flexible approach to meet and exceed their expectations and ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service. Manage the lead pipeline, activity and diary pro-actively and efficiently to maximize opportunities. Regularly develop and lead 'voice to market' experiences for EVP and Gallagher across all areas of marketing - social media, thought leadership, speaking opportunities and networking.

Delivery

Personally deliver the solutions sold to clients as needed and in line with experience and expertise. Act as Client lead across all EVP projects to ensure that we are delivering against the needs of the Client Collaborate across teams where and when necessary, to create the right resources to deliver solutions to clients. Own and produce regular reporting to both Clients and internally on progress against milestones. Provide a professional high-quality service to all clients, colleagues, and other third parties.

Cross-Business Collaboration

Ensure the profitable growth of the business by identifying and proactively developing and securing additional revenue from new and existing client relationships through cross selling initiatives, referrals, professional connections and leveraging Gallagher's internal network. Ensure a smooth efficient handover of new clients to GBS colleagues who will service the client. When necessary, work with consultants to maintain and increase the annual value and profitability of existing clients and ensure fee invoicing process is undertaken in a timely manner. Work closely with other internal Gallagher introducers across Talent BL, wider GBS and Gallagher as well as with external personal and professional contacts and introducers to develop new and existing relationships for new business introductions. Support the GBS Consulting teams and management on more complex sales initiatives. Grow and demonstrate extensive and up to date EVP proposition knowledge. Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients/prospects and GBS producers and be relied upon as their trusted adviser. Develop effective internal and external relationships to assist in providing an efficient professional service to clients and manage their delivery expectations. Ability to draw up and negotiate on services / fee proposals with new clients - subject to the standard fee pricing structure and approval protocols in force. Monitor income to ensure budget achieved and financial control over consultant portfolio and client budgets. Feed market intelligence and best practice into business - attending team/Consultant meetings to share and exchange views and drive forward best practice and innovation within our services portfolio

Due Diligence

Ensure any additional services offered to clients are agreed on the standard fee pricing basis through sign off by management. Ensure adherence to the firm's engagement and re-engagement procedures, with suitable protections in place.



About You



Proven track record of sales and delivery success with new and existing client groups. Highly proficient in creating and delivering client tenders. Extremely articulate and eloquent verbally and in writing. Outstanding presentation skills, both face to face and virtually. Skilled as both a collaborator and team player, and an individual contributor as needed.
