At Broadwater School, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, we are seeking a passionate and proactive Exam Invigilator to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where collaboration and purpose drive everything we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Exam Invigilator to conduct examinations in accordance with the Joint


Council for Qualifications (JCQ), Awarding Bodies and the Examinations Team instructions. To play a "key role in


upholding the integrity of the external examination/assessment process.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to and be briefed by the Exams Officer prior to each exam session. Keep confidential exam question papers and materials secure before, during and after exams. Admit Students into exam rooms under formal exam conditions. Identify Students and seat according to the required arrangements. Distribute the correct question papers and exam materials to students. Instruct students in the conduct of their exams. Deal with questions from students.
