Exam Invigilators
to join our team supporting schools inHastings
for the upcoming exam season.As an exam invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exams run smoothly and in line with exam board regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in a calm, structured environment and wants to contribute to students' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during examinations to ensure a fair and secure testing environment Distribute and collect exam papers and materials Ensure exam regulations are followed at all times Assist with setting up and tidying the exam room before and after exams Report any issues or irregularities to the Exams Officer
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and timekeeping Reliable, calm, and professional manner Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality Previous experience in education or invigilation is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
