In this vital role, you'll help create a calm, supportive environment for our learners, ensuring that all exams are conducted in line with awarding body regulations. You'll be responsible for setting up examination venues, supervising students during exams, and maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the process at all times.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing examination rooms and materials before exams begin.
Checking student identification and ensuring exam procedures are followed.
Supervising students during exams and ensuring a quiet, fair testing environment.
Collecting and collating exam papers and materials securely at the end of each session.
Supporting students with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.
What we're looking for:
A calm, organised and reliable individual with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
A flexible approach and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Previous exam invigilation experience is helpful but not essential -- full training will be provided.
