George Salter Academy is a friendly, happy and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community. Our aim is for all students to develop in knowledge, confidence and ability in a caring and inclusive learning environment.
We are seeking to recruit a bank of casual exam invigilators, readers and scribes who can promote a supportive atmosphere for all of our students during their examinations. Hours of work will be variable including early starts and on a demand basis and so flexibility is essential.
Duties will include:
The preparation of rooms prior to the start of exams
The distribution and collection of examination scripts
Provision of reading support to students during examinations
Provision of written support to students, using clear and accurate handwriting
Experience is not essential, as training will be provided to successful candidates, but would be advantageous.
