We are looking to appoint an Examinations Co-ordinator; this role is offered on a fixed term basis until 1 October 2026. You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated colleagues in CETTS as part of the welcoming and committed Timetabling team.
You will be responsible for the scheduling of exams across the university and in the preparation of the exams timetable for publication to students. You will liaise with academics and colleagues in SPS to ensure that all required examination sessions are scheduled at appropriate times and in suitable rooms. You will also work closely with colleagues in the Disability Service so that agreed reasonable adjustments are considered. As part of this role, you will support UWE's team of exam invigilators, assisting with the recruitment, communication with and organisation of this important group of colleagues. The key purpose is to enable the best possible exams experience for students.
