About the role
We are looking to recruit to our pool of invigilators.
The post holders will help to organise students at the start and end of each exam, while maintaining a calm and supportive environment. You will provide the correct information and materials to ensure the successful completion of each exam, ensuring the correct procedures and regulations are being followed.
Ensure conduct takes place within the set guidelines
Whilst not disrupting candidates, remain vigilant at all times
Refer suspected malpractice to the School Administrator - Data and Exams
Provide a report of any discrepancy and/or irregularity
Deal with queries raised by candidates
Liaise with relevant personnel to support the implementation of the School's pastoral
system.
Ensure the correct exam procedure is being followed
Mark attendance registers
Display start and finish times for the exams on display boards
Deal with any disturbances to the exam
Be familiar with the School's associated policies and procedures

Who we are looking for
GCSE grade A - C (or equivalent) of NCQ Level 2 Maths/Numeracy/English/Literacy/ICT Professional Manner at all times
