Job Description

We have an opportunity for a part-time Campus invigilator at our OneSchool Global UK Swansea Campus.

The duties include:

Set up the exam rooms Supervise examinations Ensure that the examinations for which responsibility are assigned are carried out in accordance with specified instructions Report to the Exams Officer any anomalies during examinations Responsible for the accurate recording of candidate attendance on attendance registers where appropriate To attend training, update or review sessions as required To undertake, where required and where able, other duties requested by the exams officer, for example:

supervision of clash candidates between exam sessions

facilitating access arrangements for candidates, for example as a reader, scribe etc. (full training will be provided)

Other exams-related administrative tasks To perform such other duties as may be requested from time to time, commensurate with the role Uphold and promulgate the OneSchool Global UK ethos within all areas of responsibility To promote equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrate this within the role, adhering to the OSG UK Equal Opportunity Policy Comply with and support the implementation of all School and OSG UK policies To adhere to Health & Safety Policies and ensure all tasks are carried out with due regard to Health and Safety To work with due regard to confidentiality and the principles of Data Protection, encouraging others to do the same
