Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity to lead and manage the examinations process in a dynamic school environment? Tile Cross Academy is seeking an

Exams Manager

to join our dedicated team and ensure the smooth administration of all internal and external examinations.

As the Exams Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of examinations, ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations, and providing essential support to students, staff, and external examiners. You will manage the administration, security, and operation of exams, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the school's examinations, including GCSEs, A-Levels, and vocational qualifications. Ensure compliance with JCQ and other examination board regulations. Manage exam entries, amendments, and withdrawals. Recruit, train, and manage a team of invigilators. Maintain accurate records and ensure the secure storage of examination papers. Process and distribute exam results and assist in data analysis. Support students with access arrangements in collaboration with the SENCO

Tile Cross Academy is a small and caring 11-16 mixed comprehensive school that was created on 1st May 2017. We have high expectations for our students and we aim to provide a high quality education in an atmosphere of mutual respect where each individual is valued. We are part of WHMAT, a family of five academies (two secondary, four primary and one all through school) who serve a discrete, diverse and multicultural community.
