Coinford is seeking an experienced

360 Operator (14T)

. This role requires precision, safety, and professionalism in operating plant machinery on busy construction sites.

Essential Role Requirements:

Skilled in operating a 14T 360 excavator Proficient in levelling, digging strip foundations, and service trenches Experienced working safely around live services and applying service avoidance techniques Able to lift and work with trench boxes, manhole boxes, drag boxes, and trench sheets Competent in reading and interpreting levels and drawings Knowledge of dig permits and procedures before breaking ground Capable of daily pre-start plant safety inspections, basic maintenance, greasing, and keeping machines tidy Respectful of plant and equipment, maintaining to a high standard Full driving licence and valid lifting operations certificatio

General Expectations:

Valid CPCS or NPORS card Qualification in lifting ops Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to work effectively with site teams to deliver on programme Right to work in the UK
