About the Role
We are expanding our fibre installation operations and are looking for an experienced
360 Excavator Operator
to join our moleplough team. The role involves working onOpenreach and Quickline networks
, supporting duct installation and minor civils work.This is a
long-term position
with consistent work for the right operator.Key Responsibilities
Operate 1.5t-5t excavators for works including trenching, reinstating and box builds Support moleplough operations and duct installation Work safely around existing utilities and follow site plans Maintain high standards of productivity and reinstatement Collaborate closely with the plough operator and labourer on site
Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket NRSWA (Streetworks) preferred, or willingness to obtain Experience in fibre / utilities works is advantageous Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred
