We are seeking a skilled Excavator Shear Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating excavators in various environments, including construction and landscaping projects. MUST HAVE SHEARING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

Operate excavators safely and efficiently on job sites Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to execute excavation plans and site preparations Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery Assist in loading and unloading materials as required Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly

Experience

Proven experience as an Excavator Shear Operator or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery Familiarity with site protocols and safety standards Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
