Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
machine operator
to work on swales, foundations, and site formation using 14-20T machines.Key Requirements:
Operate 14-20T machines safely and efficiently Dig strip foundations and work on swales Excellent eye for finished works: topsoil, levelling muck, type 1, crush, road formation Confident lifting and using trench boxes, manhole boxes, drag boxes, and trench sheets Read levels and drawings accurately Follow dig permits and work safely around live services Carry out pre-start checks, daily greasing, basic maintenance, and keep machines clean
Cards & Qualifications Required:
CPCS/NPORS Excavator +/- 10T Tracked CPCS Lifting Ops/NPORS Excavator as Crane
Desirable:
Safety Critical Medical GPS machine control experience Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers) 5+ years' experience
