Lacey's client in East London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vet Surgeon to join them full-time!

• Salary from 50,000 to 70,000 (DOE)
• Full-time, 39 hours per week.
• 1 in 4 weekends
• 4-day week, typically 9-hour shifts.
• Mix of surgery and consults
• Dedicated hour each day for admin

The ideal candidate will be an experienced vet surgeon with a minimum of 3 years' experience, including at least one year practicing in the UK. It is important that you have a genuine passion for early diagnostics, a strong commitment to following through on treatment plans, and a drive for continuous clinical development.
Your responsibilities will include delivering preventive care, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, and managing cases with care and consistency. A strong focus on pet well-being is essential. To be successful you must be a clear communicator, collaborate effectively, and thrives as part of a close-knit, supportive team that includes both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
All their full-time vets typically work a 4-day week, with a consistent day off to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mixture of consulting and surgical duties across the week. To support effective communication and admin, each vet gets an hour dedicated to administrative tasks - built into each working day.
Their current weekend rota follows a 1 in 4 pattern.
