We are seeking an Executive Administrator to provide administration support to the Executive Administrator Team across Suffolk Academies Trust.

The successful candidate will provide a professional, supportive and customer-oriented service to support the Team; acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the Trust/College, stakeholders, students and parents.

In this role, you will provide a high level of administrative support service which will include diary management, organising meetings as well as drafting correspondence in relation to standard requests etc.

Although the role will be based at West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds, you will have the opportunity to work across the Group and may be required to travel to One Sixth form, Ipswich and Abbeygate Sixth Form in Bury St Edmunds.
